The Ice Skate Tour uses a state of the art synthetic ice rink called Art-Ice. It has been produced in the Netherlands, one of the biggest ice skating countries in the world. Art-Ice is the only patented, dry lubricating ice rink in the world and the Ice Skate Tour is proud to be the first and exclusive provider of these ice rinks in New Zealand/Australia and the Pacific.

The Ice Rink

The ice rink is roughly 10m x 16m, comes in sheets of 1m x 2m, is 15 mm thick and weighs 14.25 kgs/m2. They are shaped as puzzle pieces to put in any location indoor or outdoor. Art-Ice has 97% the same gliding consistency as natural ice.
